I am a partner and Chief Executive Officer of the Peninsula Casualty Reduction Partnership LLP (PCRP) a Social Enterprise and pre-eminent servicing body for the supply of all types of Road Traffic and “Casualty Reduction” services and advice including driving and riding, and collision investigation services.
EDI level 4 Award in Conducting Internal Quality Assurance of the Assessment Process, formally the V1 verifier award. This qualification was evidenced through the management and assessment of fatal and other serious road collisions.
Master of Art degree in Police Studies from the University of Exeter, which includes the management and culture of the police, and the study of criminal justice.
Professional Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from the University of Plymouth.

Home Office accredited, advanced driver, and advanced motorcyclist. I have been a police advanced driver for over thirty years. I held my first post on Roads Policing then called the Traffic Department, as a Constable in 1983.
